TARGETS IN AEGEAN

RUGBY, Apl. 17. Middle East aircraft have continued their attacks on enemy shipping in the JEgean and Southern Greece during the past week, states a Middle East air communique. Beaufighters sank a ship in Koroni Harbour, Southern Greece, after scoring many cannon strikes. The crew abandoned the vessel. Another supply ship heeled over on its side after an attack in the same harbour. Beaufighters also successfully attacked shipping in Nios and St. Mikolo Harbours. Cannon fire blew the roof off a warehouse. Six hits were seen on a warehouse at Katsali Bay, on Kythera Island. Wellingtons bombed Githion Harbour and installations at Gonia. while R.A.A.F. Marauders attacked shipping at Candia. From these and other operations three of our aircraft are missing.'
