MAYFAIR THEATRE

One of the most popular of Rudyard Kipling's stories, “ Jungle Book,” screened in technicolor, will be shown at the Mayfair, Theatre to-day. "Jungle Book,” as portrayed on the screen, contains all the essential elements that helped to make the book almost a classic. Sabu plays the part of a boy who, brought up among jungle animals, later endeavours to reconcile the ways of man with the ways of animal fife. The photography is strikingly beautifuh Sabu is at his best in this production; and those who remember him in “ Elephant Boy ” and “ The Thief of Bagdad ” will certainly want to see him in this picture. In addition there is a Hal Roach comedy, " Hay Foot,” in which William Tracy. Noah Beery, James Gleason, and Joe Sawyer are in the principal roles.
