Sir,—lt would be very interesting to know where the chairman of the Harbour Board proposes to get 'the produce and cargo to fill the ships which are to lie alongside the wharves that are to be built in carrying out his fantastic scheme. Certainly not in Otago, even if all the suggested irrigation schemes are carried out. —I am, etc., November 16. Curiosity.
