KILLED BY TRAIN
(P.A.) WELLINGTON, Aug. 19. Struck by an electric train at Khandallah shortly before 5 p.m. to-day, Mr J. A. Hendry, aged 55, a retired engineer, of Khandallah, received head injuries to which he succumbed later in hospital. Mr Hendry was struck from behind and hurled on to the station platform.
