PIPING AND DANCING

ANNUAL MEETING OF OTAGO CENTRE

The thirty-second annual meeting of the Otago Centre of the Piping and Dancing Association of New Zealand was held in the R.S.A. rooms on Thursday night. The president, Mr A. Wheeler, was in the chair, and there was an excellent attendance of members. Moving the adoption of the annual report and balance sheet, the president said the society had made great progress during the year. The competitions in June last had been very successful, and the national concert had also proved a great success. Seconding the motion, Mr T. Stuart said it was gratifying to see that the centre had made such progress. All members had worked hard during the year. The motion was carried unanimously.
