The Royal Dunedin Male. Choir Society will commence its fifty-eighth season on July 19 with a concert ■in the Concert Chamber of the Town Hall. Pettitt), Strike the Lyre,” “Drink of This Cup,’’ “John Peel,” "Loch Lomond” (with 1 solo by Mr George Salmond), “Afton Water,” and a clever musical switch entitled “A Musical Muddle.” " The choir will be supported by Miss Honor McKellar (contralto),' Miss Pat Woods (mezzo-soprano), Miss Margaret Boult (pianist), and a quartet consisting of Bertha Rawlinson,, Doris Wilson, Aubrey Clarke, and Stuart Falconer, which will sing the number ” I Dream of Jeannie.” The choir will be conducted by Mr J. Paterson.
