CLOUDY TO OVERCAST Forecast for Otago.—The following official weather forecast for Otago, covering the ensuing 24 hours, was issued at 5 p.m. yesterday by the Meteorological Office in Wellington:— Moderate to fresh south-easterly to southerly winds; weather cloudy to. overcast, with occasional d zle, . chiefly on the coast; temperatures .001. Further Outlook:—Fair. Weather in Dunedin.— I The sky was heavily overcast yesterday, and a steady drizzle fell throughout the day. Temperatures were mild, and there was no wind. The barometer was steady during the morning, but fell later, the reading at midnight being 29.95 in (1014 millibars).
