The directors of the' Trustees Executors and Agency Company, Ltd., report a net profit for the past year of £2600. The amount brought forward was £4222. and. after the payment of the interim dividend, a balance of £5921 remained. The directors recommend that a dividend of 4 per cent, (making 7 per cent, for the year) be paid, absorbing £I2OO. that £229 be written off freehold properties, and £l5O off office furniture, and that £4343 be carried forward, subject to taxation for the past year.
