Otago Club.—A Combined Australian Stableford was played on Saturday. The best cards were as follows: F. W. Dixon and D. M. Christie 68; B. V. Wright and T. H. Brown. 67; W. G. Wight and G. W. Bowron 63; J. R. Callender and A. M. Cameron G2; J. W. Mclntosh and W. S. Stewart 61; E. B. McDonald and P. Caley 61. St. Clair Club.—The Four-ball Bogey Handicap played on the St.. Clair course on Saturday afternoon resulted as follows: Wight and Burgess 6 up, Clayton and Batchelor 5 up, Routledge and Wood 5 up, Cardno and Duncan 4 up. ‘Wren and Gamble 3 up, Fountain and Osborne 3 up, Jones and Williams 3 up, George and Dick 1 up, Templeton and Sharpin all square, Burnett and Scott all square. Chisholm Park Ladies’ Club.—The best cards returned in the Stableford Match played last week were as follows: Mrs Stive n 14—18—32, Miss Rhodes 14—18—32, Mrs -Gorman 11—18 —29, Mrs MacCarthy ig_B—27, Mrs Wood 8—18—26, Mrs O’Carroll g—l 8—27, Mrs Henderson 11—16—27. In the Putting Competition the best cards were: Mrs Gorman 35, Mrs Henderson 37, Mrs MacCarthy 37. In the Victor Nelson Knock-out Competition Mrs Gorman defeated Mrs Gr&nt 3 and 1. An L.G.U. Match will be played to-morrow.
