NO OBJECTION FROM NAZIS LONDON, Mar. 14. Dr Goebbels, in a speech on the tenth anniversary of the Ley Prooaganda Ministry, said: “ The present Governments of occupied coumnes were necessitated by exceptional cir cumstances. They cannot be considered precedents for those countries continuing after the war. The Jewish problem must be solved. The solution may be carried out by humanitarian methods. We are not opposed to the creation of a Jewish State.”
