ALIGNMENT WITH ALLIES RUGBY, Dec. 14. The State Department in Washington has received a report from the United States Consul at Dakar that the French authorities there have released all the British subjects who were interned in West Africa, and also announced themselves firmly aligned with the Allied cause. The Brussels radio quoted a report that M. Gardes, the Governor-General, notified M. Boisson that French Guinea had decided to join the Allies.
