Local advice has been received to the effect that the schedule of war risk marine insurance rates for Australia and New Zealand to or from the Mediterranean, east of Alexandria. has been fixed at 15 per cent; to or from Turkey east of Alexandria, ana excluding Black Sea, 17 h per cent.; to or from India, east of Cape Cormonn but not east of and Including Chittagong. 12. per cent.; to and from the Persian Gulf, 10 per cent. With regard to India east of Cape Cormorin, the rate is 15 per cent., and to the Persian Gulf 12 per cent. OWAKA SALE The National Mortgage and Agency Company of New Zealand, Ltd., reports having held a sale at Owaka on Tuesday.
