DEPRIVED OF CITIZENSHIP
FRENCH OFFICIALS IN AFRICA (Rec. 11 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 15. The Vichy radio announced that M. Boisson, Governor-General of French West Africa, and General Barran, who was commander-in-chief of the French forces in North Africa, have been deprived of French citizenship.
