If there are no children, other rules apply for the division of the property, if any. “ Canongate.”—A cable message published in the Dally Times on January 13. 1941, announced that a new RussoGerman pact had been signed, providing, among other things, for an extension of the trade agreement between Russia and Germany. The agreement was signed by M. Molotov, on behalf of Russia, but the text of his speech was not given.
