LIBERTY LOAN

£3.180.000 STILL REQUIRED (P.A.) WELLINGTON, Nov. 8. The Reserve Bank states that in anticipation of a rush during the final six days of the Liberty Loan appeal the trading banks throughout New Zealand have decided to remain open from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday to Friday inclusive for the purpose of receiving applications. Up to yesterday £6,820,000 had been subscribed, leaving £3,180,000 for the final week of the'loan.
