OBITUARY

MR J. M. O’REILLY The death has occurred at New Plymouth of Mr James Matthew O’Reilly, who had been collector of customs at New Plymouth for the past 18 years. Mr O’Reilly, who was born at Whitianga, had been in the public service for 44 years and served in the Customs Department at Wellington, Dunedin, Auckland and Gisborne, and was for several years in Rarotonga. He is survived by his wife and five children.
