CONSIDERED LOST
VICHY SUBMARINE OVERDUE (Rec. 7 p.m..) LONDON, June 21. The Vjchy submarine Monge, which participated in the defence of Diego Suarez, is greatly overdue and must be considered lost. This is the eighth Vichy submarine lost on active service since the armistice.
