FOOD VALUE LEAGUE

Professor Elizabeth Gregory presided at a meeting of the Dunedin branch of the New Zealand Womens Food Value League recently, when the programme of activities for the year was arranged. Mrs Warrington Taylor who expects to leave Dunedin shortly, resigned from the position of honorary secretary, which she has held since the inception of the league, and Miss Joyce Ainge was appointed to take her place. The honorary treasurer Mrs P. Ballard, has also resigned, and Mrs John Leech has been appointed in her place.

The third annual meeting of the Townswomen’s Guild will be held tonight in First Church Hall.
