DAILY INTERCESSION
FOR RELIGIOUS REVIVAL We thank Thee, Heavenly Father, for all the tokens of divine blessing given to us as a nation during recent years when so many nations have been called upon to „ suffer, and for victories or steadfastness in reverses. We confess'With shame our sin in failing .to show gratitude for all Thy great mercies to us, and in our neglect of Thee and Thy law's,. And now, O Lord, in this great evil of war we pray for the outpouring of Thy Spirit upon our nation. Use this calamity to lead our people back to Thee, to kindle revival in the Church, and to enthrone Christ in the hearts of men. This we desire for the glory of Thy great Name ond, ask through Jesus Christ our Lord. J,
