JAPANESE APE NAZIS (Rec. 7 p.m.) NEW YORK, Feb. 9. The Tokio radio has introduced a new propaganda feature, " Lord HawHaw of the Pacific." The announcer concerned is an English-speaking Filipino named Ricardo Perez, who directed the initial broadcast to the Philippines telling the Filipinos that General. MacArthur and the American troops were leaving the fighting to the Filipinos.
