TWO THOUSAND VICTIMS LIMA. Dec. 14. Two strong earth shocks caused panic among the population as President Manual Prado was praparing to' visit Huaraz. which was devastated by flood yesterday. The tremors caused no casualties, but the latest flood reports indicate that the total of the victims at Huaraz may now reach 2000, with half the town destroyed.
