SUBMARINE OVERDUE
(Rec. 7 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 15. The Board of Admiralty announces: " His Majesty's submarine Tetrarch is overdue and must be considered lost." The submarine served with conspicuous success both in Norwegian waters and the Mediterranean.
