ITALIAN DIFFICULTIES THE SUPPLY PROBLEM (Rec. 11.30 p.m.) ROME, Oct. 13. '" Lieutenant-colonel Dominici. in an article in Giorhale d'ltalia, warned Italians of the difficulties of defending Libya. "Supplies are so vital that the safe arrival of a convoy to Africa has assumed the importance of a military triumph." He added that the Italian navy, was almost totally employed in protecting convoys to Libya against an enemy of seven times superior tonnage
