The Berlin correspondent of a Stockholm newspaper reports that the residents of Hamburg are being asked to hand in the nam is of all children under the age of 10 who have not already been evacuated. This action, it is stated, is being taken in preparation for the heavier R.A.F. offensive which is expected in the winter. RAIDS OVER ENGLAND CASUALTIES IN THE NORTH (Rec. 1 a.m.) LONDON. Oct. 13.
