EVENING MEETING PROGRAMMES A meeting of the Sports Committee of the Otago Centre of the New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association was held last night, when Mr C. W. Clark (president) presided. It was decided to commence the evening meetings on November 3, and the following programmes were arranged for the first two meetings:— November 3.—Open: 100 Yards, 880 Yards, High Jump. Putting the Shot, Interclub Relay (2 x 220 yards, 2 x 110 yards). Junior: 100 Yards, 880 Yards. Putting the Shot. Women: 75 Yards, Putting the Shot, High Jump, Relay (4 x 110 yards). November 10.—Open: 220 Yards, One Mile, Board Jump, Throwing the Discus, Interclub Relay (2 x 440 yards, 2 x 220 yards). Junior: 220 Yards, One Mile, Throwing the Discus. Women: 75 Yards, Broad Jump, Throwing the Discus, Relay (4 x 110 yards). In addition, there will be races for boys, girls and members of the forces on each programme.
