Monday, October 13 • (Before Mr H. W. Bundle, S.M.) Maintenance On .a charge of disobedience of a maintenance order, Blyth Leslie Scott was sentenced to four months' imprisonment, the issue of the warrant to be suspended provided he reports weekly to the maintenance officer and submits a record of his earnings, and that while he is receiving compensation for an injury received at his present employment he pays maintenance at the rate of 25s a week. Traffic Offence Leslie Field Reid was fined £2 and costs (10s) for failure to give way to traffic approaching on the right.
