BALCLUTHA

Armed Services Appeal Board.—ln the report of the sitting of the Armed Forces Appeal Board at Balclutha, published on October 9, it was stated that John Bannerman Hurst and Ivan Gordon Hurst appealed on the ground of public interest. I. G. Hurst did not, however, appeal on his own behalf, the appeal in his case being lodged by his brother and the Primary Production Council.
