Friday, October 10 (Before Mr H. W. Bundle, S.M.) Motorists Charged Motorists charged with breaches of the traffic regulations were dealt with as follows, costs, unless otherwise stated, being fixed at 10s:—Melhem Lettoof, no driver's licence, fined . 10s and costs; Jack Richard Lockhart, no warrant of fitness, convicted and discharged, failing to dip headlights, fined 12s 6d and costs; John Thomas Mitchell, exceeding parking time, convicted and ordered to pay costs; Stanley Albert Winter, failing to dip headlights. fined £1 and costs. A Charge Dismissed John Henry Simon, for whom Mr C. J. L. White appeared, pleaded not guilty to a charge of dangerous driving. It was alleged that the defendant had omitted to signal his intention to pull out from the side of ,°*.
