DUNEDIN GUN CLUB

A shoot was held on the Dunedln Gun Club's grounds on Saturday afternoon. The strong south-westerly gale, accompanied by intermittent rain, made the flight of the targets erratic and difficult to shoot. In spite of this, however, 13 shooters faced the trap in the first match (a 15-bird handicap). S. Geddes made the best score, breaking 13 off 13 yards. G. E. Turner (18yds), J. Paterson (14yds) and R. McDonald (13yds) were next with 11 breaks each; they were followed by J. Stoddart (11yds), C. M. Greenslade (11yds) and R. Bruce (12yds) with 10 breaks each. R. Maxwell (12yds) won a 10-bird handicap match with nine breaks. S. Geddrs was second with eight breaks, and C. M. Greenslade (11yds). J. Paterson (14yds) and E. P. Graham (20yds) each broke seven.
