Drunkenness A first offender charged with drunkenness ■ was fined 20s, in default 24 hours’ imprisonment, and another first offender was fined 10s. in default 24 hours’ imprisonment. .. Alleged Bigamy Horace Earle McCash. aged 23 years, who was represented by Mr C. J. L. White, appeared on remand on a charge of bigamy.—After evidence was given of a marriage ceremony which took place in 1935, the accused pleaded guilty and was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
