ARCHERY

The Dunedin Archery Club met the Oamaru Club in a match at Oamaru. Each team consisted of five women and five men. Dunedin won both events, although Mr Mathie and Miss Bee, of Oamaru, registered the highest men’s and women's scores respectively. Strong gusty winds prevailed, yet good scores were made all round. About 40 competitors took part in the open clout shoot at 100 vards.
