MR KENNEDY'S FUTURE
AN INDICATION GIVEN DIPLOMATIC CAREER ENDED (United Press Association) (By Electric Telegraph -Copyright) LONDON, Dec. 4. News of the resignatipn of Mr J. P. Kennedy has been received in Britain with formal expressions of regret, though more for the speeches which followed his return to America than for his retirement itself. , An official connected with a OrOVernment department, hinting that Mr Kennedy would not again be acceptable in diolomatic circles in London, said: "We are determined not to see our war effort nedied.'"
