ARRIVAL OF CLIPPER

AN IDEAL TRIP PASSENGERS FOR SYDNEY (Per United Press Association) AUCKLAND. Dec. 5. The Pan-American Airways American Clipper arrived from Noumea today. Captain W. A. Cluthe, who is in command, said that conditions had been ideal, and the whole trip from San Francisco had been one of the finest he had experienced. The passengers comprised 13 adults and one child, and seven of them will leave for Sydney on the Tasman Empire Airways flying boat on Saturday morning.

The Clipper carried 6251 b of mail for Auckland and 8361 b of freight. She is scheduled to leave on the return flight on Saturday morning.
