During the proceedings of the Devonport Borough Council recently the question of the sewer outfall at North Head came up for discussion on., account of possible works in that vicinity.' The engineer reported that the drainage system was working satisfactorily, and that the medical officer of health and the military authorities had no grounds of complaint y' As a side issue, however, the locality'had been dubbed " Perfume Point." ■•
