(Received Oct. 15, at 7.30 p.m.) Parents whose ' children have been sent to Canada under the Children’s Overseas Reception Board scheme are to be given an opportunity' of speaking direct to girls and boys in the Dominion. Princess Elizabeth’s message, inaugurated a new weekly programme in the 8.8. C. North American service, called “ For the Children.” In part of this programme each week children from every part Of Britain will be given a chance of hearing their parents’ voices, and it is hoped to be possible to let the children know in advance that someone from their own district will be speaking to them in the next week’s programme.
