CRASHED INTO HILLSIDE

AN AMERICAN BOMBER LOSS OF FOUR LIVES LOS ANGELES, Jan. 23. (Received Jan. 25, at 1 a.m.) Owing to the wings icing up, an army bomber crashed into a hillside near Riverside and four men were killed. Two others parachuted to safety. A storm forced down all but one of 38 planes returning from manoeuvres.
