THE RYE TOURNAMENT RIGGS TO MEET PARKER RYE, Aug. 13. In the semi-finals Riggs defeated Secht, 7—5, 10—8, 6—4, and will meet Parker in the final. In the final of the Women's Dou* les Miss Marble and Mrs Fabyan defeated Misses Bundy and Arnold, 6—4, 7—5. THE FINALS DECIDED RIGGS BEATS PARKER NEW YORK, Aug. 13. (Received Aug. 14, at 11.55 p.m.) The finals of the Rye tournament resulted as follows: Men's Singles Riggs beat Parker, I—6, 6—4, 6_4, 7—5. Parker was methodical and accurate but Riggs's stronger service and more spirited attack prevailed. Women's Singles Miss Marble beat Mrs Fabyan, 6_4. 6—4. Men's Doubles Mako and Mulloy beat Riggs and Cooke, 7—5. 6—B, 6—3, 6—l. This result further complicates the selection of the American Davis Cup team.
