EXPORT OF CAPITAL
THE GERMAN LAW NOT APPLICABLE TO FRANCE PARIS, Aug. 13. The Appeal Court ruled that the German lav. forbidding the export of capital from Germany was contrary to public order and inapplicable to France. The decision upheld the seizure of German capital in France to pay a German company's debt to a refugee doctor.
