RUMANIAN RESERVISTS
ANOTHER CLASS CALLED UP BUCHAREST, Aug. 11. (Received Aug. 12, at 2 a.m.) Two hundred thousand reservists are being called up on August 15, when 500,000 will be under arms. Large scale manoeuvres are planned for September 15 at frontier districts adjoining Jugoslavia, Hungary and Bulgaria.
