EIRE COMMISSIONER
THE POST IN CANADA (British Oflicial Wireless) RUGBY, Aug. 10. (Received Aug. 11, at 7 p.m.) Mr John J. Hearne, the first High Commissioner for Eire in Canada, sailed from Liverpool to-day for Montreal. The post is an entirely new one, Mr Hearne was formeily legal adviser on foreign affairs to Eire.
