MEMORIAL DESECRATED
INCIDENT AT PLYMOUTH HOE SWASTIKA PAINTED ON , LONDON, Aug. 7. The words "Heil Hitler," and a swastika, were painted on the war memorial at Plymouth Hoe. The memorials statuary base was plastered with red paint.
