QUOTA FROM SOUTH AFRICA INCREASED BY AGREEMENT CAPETOWN, May 15. A supplementary agreement between So,ullt Africa and Germany increases Germany's wool quota from South Africa by £200,000. The agreement now involves the record total of £6,500,000, of which the wool quota is nearly £4,000,000.
