INFANTILE PARALYSIS
OUTBREAK IN EAST AFRICA REQUEST FOR IRON LUNG (British Official Wireless) RUGBY, Feb. 9. A Nuffield iron.lung is being rushed nearly 5000 miles to Kampala, East Africa, where there is an outbreak of infantile paralysis. The lung is being sent in response to an urgent cable from the Governor of Uganda on Tuesday.
