LONDON CONFERENCE
THE ARAB DELEGATION GRAND MUFTIS ATTITUDE BEIRUT, Jan. 7. (Received Jan. 8, at 11 p.m.) The Grand Mufti will not endorse the Arab delegation to the London conference unless Britain promises an Anglo-Palestine treaty similar to the Anglo-Iraq pacts. His supporters say that this is tantamount to an Arab boycott of the conference.
