NEW FOREIGN MINISTER AN ADMIRER OF BRITAIN BUCHAREST. Dec. 21. In accordance with King Carol’s policy of injecting young blood into the Ministry, Grigore Gafenou, 46-vear-old editor, has been appointed Foreign Minister. He is a wellknown admirer of Britain, and he immediately issued a statement that he intended to preserve Britain’s friendship.
