SAILING CHAMPIONSHIP
THE EIGHTEEN-FOOTERS QUEENSLAND'S STIPULATION SYDNEY, Dec. 20. Notification has been received from Queensland that the Eighteenfooter Club is offering no objection to the world championship being sailed in New Zealand next February. However, it favours imposing a condition that the 1940 race be sailed in Sydney, whether the Auckland event is won by New Zealand or the title retained by New South Wales.
