BELGIAN GOVERNMENT
REMAINING IN OFFICE REQUEST FROM SOCIALISTS BRUSSELS, Dec. 7. (Received Dec. 8, at 6.30 p.m.) The Government is remaining in office as the result of a last-minute Socialist- deputation urging it not to resign. It is believed that the crisis has merely been postponed.
