GERMANS IN SCANDINAVIA A NUMBER ARRESTED (Independent Cable Service) LONDON, Dec. 7. * The Evening Standard says the police have broken up a vast elaborate German spy organisation throughout Scandinavia. Fourteen were arrested, and documents were seized. In Denmark the Pro-Nazi Party has been dissolved, and in Finland several suspects have been arrested. In Sweden a special police section is being organised to combat espionage.
