(Received Nov. 28, at 11.15 p.m.) The National Assembly has been summoned for November 30 for the election of president. Dr Emil Hache will receive the united Czech, Slvak and Ruthenian votes, except the Communists. The elections for the Slovak Diet have been fixed for January 18. The newspaper Venkov announces that 700,000 Czechs who became German citizens by the cession of the Sudeten areas will vote for Herr Hitler at the Sudeten elections on December 4 following the example of the Czechs in Vienna, who voted for the Anschluss. The Slovak Premier, Dr Tiso, has promised Germans in Slovakia that they will be allowed to use Nazi emblems and that they will be adequately represented in the civil service. THE CEDED AREAS PREMATURE OCCUPATION PRAGUE, Nov. 28. (Received Nov. 28, at 11.30 p.m.) The Polish occupation of Czech territory to-day, instead of December 1, led to several incidents owing to difference of interpretations of the frontier line. Most of the disagreements were settled on the spot, but a clash occurred at Javorina, where some soldiers are reported to have been shot.
