COMPLETE AGREEMENT REACHED OBJECTION TO BONUS PROPOSAL (Peb United Press Association* WELLINGTON, Nov. 4. An objection to the granting of bonuses for examination successes as an award condition was voiced by the employers' assessors in the power boards' dispute before the Conciliation Council this morning. They said they were in sympathy with the idea behind the proposal, but found that employees left when they had qualified; further, the power boards were covered with a m, number of awards where technical qualifications were required, and the granting of bonuses to the office staffs would affect these. A complete agreement was reached this morning, the wages clause to operate from October 31. The hours were fixed at 40, to be worked on five days, with the right to work on Saturday in essential case*-
